Before you write
I bought a pack but the balance did not change
Open the app again while online: the purchase is confirmed with our server and credited then. If it still does not appear, write with the date of the purchase.
My generations disappeared after reinstalling
Packs are tied to the installation, and Apple does not restore consumable purchases. The app warns about this before you buy. Write to us and we will look at your case.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
